Who are the Baby Boomers? This term refers to a person who was born between 1946 and 1964. Boomers are the first generation to actively declare a higher priority for work over personal life. They are more optimistic and open to change than the prior generation, but they are also responsible for the personal gratification, which often shows up as a sense of entitlement in today’s work force.
While there are currently four distinct generations of employees working in offices around the world today, Baby Boomers have been the driving force in office culture and design for decades.
